BEGINNERS
Classes with a gi (uniform) intended to teach fundamental techniques of BJJ to students from white belts to new blue belts.
INTRODUCTION
A free private to small group class to help new students learn the absolute basics of BJJ as well as what to expect at a Kimura BJJ class. If you are thinking about trying out our school this would be the class to come to first! This class is by appointment only. We are available every day of the week, on or off schedule. KIDS
Classes with a gi intended for children 6 and up of all technique levels.
MUAY THAI
Classes dedicated to the art of Muay Thai/Kickboxing focusing on strikes from the standing position.
OPEN MAT
Supervised practice time without a formal class structure.
