We are proud to announce that the Kimura BJJ Academy took 2nd place at the NAGA New England Championship on June 23, 2007! The tournament was held at Bryant University in Rhode Island and Team Kimura won 11 individual medals to achieve our team rank. More important than the victory is that, as always, team Kimura demonstrated teamwork and unity in our mutual support, coaching, and cheering of fellow teammates.

It is in the familial feel of team Kimura that competition becomes fun and exciting, win or lose. We are strong as a team and that helps us all become strong as individuals. Congratulations and thank you to everyone who competed or showed up to help support the team!
